Registration

As the time is getting closer and closer to the opening of the conference, the online payment remittances of registration fees has been closed. The participants who did not register and pay for the registration fees before please complete this work on the spot at the time of arrival. Credit card payment and cash payment are both ok at the registration desk. The invoice of the payment will be given out during the conference.

Conference fees include admission to all sessions, conference proceedings, banquet, lunches & suppers, coffee breaks. Accommodation is not included.

Notes

> Insurance for the participants regarding accidents, sickness or loss of personal property is not included. It is advisable that participants make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance before leaving their countries.

> Students are required to show a full time certificate at the registration desk in order to validate their inscription.
